eBook: How to Make the Most of your Blog

Sunday, November 2nd, 2008

I am currently working on an eBook. It will be offered for free on the website.

Working title: How to Make the Most of your Blog

Primary focus: Tips for bloggers for optimizing their posts for the search engines. The tips will be about how to write in your blog, and of a non-techincal nature, so that any blogger will be able to apply the tips to attract the search engines to their blog.

My experience is that over time bloggers tend to forget good blogging practices and the tricks for attracting the search engines. “How to Make the Most of your Blog” will provide reminders to keep bloggers on track and to help them improve their position in the search engines results pages - which will help them get found.

Thank You, MANAELA

The Pre-Dinner Program at the monthly meeting of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys was a great success!  Members came ready with questions. I came with a list of What’s Hot and What’s Not. The combination of the two made for a meaningful and lively exchange.

Thank you to MANAELA for inviting me to share my thoughts and experience. I hope that you all learned some tips to help with your 2009 Website strategy.

Websites, Blogs and Search Engines: What’s Hot and What’s Not!

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

I am pleased to announce that I will be the guest expert of the Pre-Dinner Program at the monthly meeting of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys this evening.

I look forward to answering questions, dispelling myths, deciphering fact from fiction for this esteemed group of lawyers who work to protect a most vulnerable group of our population.

Organic Baby Products Store goes Live!

Friday, February 8th, 2008

Adventures Online is pleased to announce the launch of the Organic Baby Products Store for Your Baby Naturally, a vendor of eco-friendly products for newborns and toddlers. Their products include clothing, toys, baby carriers, baby shower favors, Momma gifts, and more - and - all are made from “natural” materials.

Kimberly Kelly, owner of Your Baby Naturally, added the store in order to enhance the services she provides her eco-friendly clientele, many of whom travel a distance to her niche retail shop in Holliston, Massachusetts. “Adding a store to our website will help our loyal clientele who are already familiar with our quality of service and the quality organic products we provide, stay abreast of the latest eco-friendly products and make purchases from the comfort of their homes. And while we are at it, we hope to raise awareness about the environment, and, may just peak the interest of other eco-friendly purchasers.” Ms. Kelly adds, “Your Baby Naturally works hard to keep your baby as natural as the day he/she was born.”

Ms. Kelly wanted to add the store functionality while preserving the existing website’s design. Adventures Online customized the store software to have the look-n-feel of the existing design, and integrated the store with a popluar payment gateway processor. Credit cards are validated in real time, orders are e-mailed to Your Baby Naturally as they are placed, and settled purchases are automatically posted to Your Baby Naturally’s bank account.
